Ms. Bamba's practice focuses on public finance, corporate, transactions, and litigation law. She is regularly involved in public finance transactions as counsel to public authorities, local governments, charter schools and tax-exempt organizations.

She is listed in The Bond Buyer’s Municipal Marketplace, better known as the “Red Book" as sole bond counsel.  Ms. Bamba has extensive experience with general obligation bonds and revenue based obligations that cities, counties and political subdivisions frequently issue.  These include water and sewer revenue based issues and issues supported by other revenue streams to include bonds secured by hospital system revenue for county or city owned facilities, for example. She also has substantial experience in affordable housing development utilizing housing bonds and low income housing tax credits.

Ms. Bamba is also experienced in matters before the Oklahoma Corporation Commission.  This is the regulatory agency for the oil and gas industry relating to exploration and production regulation. She is experienced drafting oil and gas leases, assignments of oil and gas leases, mineral deeds, purchase and sale agreements, master service agreements, mineral title opinions, and curative title instruments.
