Aaliyah Russell is counsel in the firm’s litigation team and assists individual and corporate clients offensively and defensively in a variety of business, tort, human services and other civil litigation matters.  She also has first chair experience prosecuting child and adult welfare matters as outside counsel for local governments where she is frequently in court.  Among other litigation involvement, Ms. Russell has experience in drafting and arguing dispositive motions, conducting and managing discovery, depositions, mediation and trial preparation.

Ms. Russell is a graduate of Elon University School of Law and Virginia Commonwealth University where she earned a bachelor of science in mathematics.
