FAYETTEVILLE, NC - The Charleston Group is pleased to announce the addition of Faith C. Chima as counsel in its business practice. She is an experienced business lawyer and will add capacity to the firm’s real estate, affordable housing, public finance, transactions and business law practice. Ms. Chima also supports the firm’s professional licensure practice which involves representation of professional licensees (physicians, dentists, nurses, engineers, etc.) before boards and commissions having regulatory oversight authority.
Ms. Chima is a graduate of Abia State University (Nigeria), Nigerian Law School, and Campbell University School of Law. While at Campbell University, she was a recipient of the Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law Scholarship and North Carolina Advocates for Justice Most Outstanding Advocate award. Prior to joining The Charleston Group, Ms. Chima was employed at the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation where she provided legal support drafting commercial agreements and assuring contract bid compliance. She is also licensed to practice law in the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
