FAYETTEVILLE, NC – The Charleston Group is pleased to announce the growth of its litigation practice with the arrival of Quintin D. Byrd. Mr. Byrd serves as counsel on The Charleston Group’s Litigation Team. His practice focuses on civil and administrative litigation and appeals. He is involved in all litigation matters involving the firm.
Mr. Byrd is a graduate of The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a summa cum laude graduate of North Carolina Central University School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Byrd was a member of the NCCU Law Review. Additionally, he received a pro bono community service award which goes to students having at least 75 hours of pro bono service completed during the academic year. Mr. Byrd was a clerk for Judge Samuel J. Ervin, IV at the North Carolina Court of Appeals. He also supported Judge Roger L. Gregory of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
