HOKE COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA APPOINTS THE CHARLESTON GROUP AS BOND COUNSEL TO CLOSE $12,001,000 IN WATER AND SEWER REVENUE BONDS

FAYETTEVILLE, NC - The Charleston Group attorneys, R. Jonathan Charleston and Faith C. Chima, served as bond counsel in connection with $12,001,000 aggregate water and sewer bonds denominated as $9,000,000 Water and Sewer Bond, Series 2016 A; $,1,703,000 Water and Sewer Bond, Series 2016 B; and $1,298,000 Water and Sewer Bond, Series 2016 C. The proceeds of the bonds were used to pay the principal on the County’s $12,001,000 Water and Sewer System Revenue Bond Anticipation Note, Series 2014 which was used to finance improvements to the County’s water and sewer system.
